Alternative Color Therapy

We naturally associate colors with emotions and feelings. We say, "I'm green with envy," or "You're yellow bellied," or "I see red!" or "I'm feeling blue," or "I'm in a black mood." With color therapy, each color is associated with particular emotions and feelings.

Colors each have different frequencies and vibrations. When a particular color frequency enters our body, by wearing color glasses, for example, that vibration can have an effect on our emotions. It is easy to become out of balance. The appropriate color may allow our feelings and emotions to return to a balanced state and we'll feel better.
